Mission
To be a worshipping community engaged in the redemptive work of Jesus.

Vision
To begin a church planting movement in northern Delaware, beginning with a new ministry reaching out to the young adults and young families in the Prices Corner area of Wilmington.

Values
Spiritual Journey (We welcome everyone)
We believe that a relationship with God is possible because of the redemptive work of Jesus through his death and resurrection. This relationship is a lifelong journey, with many decisions and growth steps along the way, including a decision of personal faith to be a follower of Jesus. We will strive to create a community that welcomes and respects people at all points of their spiritual journey.

Embracing Community (We need each other)
We believe that we are created to live in relationship with one another. In vital connection with each other we can successfully travel through each day's unique triumphs and tragedies. We will strive to create a community that lovingly embraces one another and encourages them to deeper expressions of faith.

Authentic Worship (We will worship with our lives)
We believe that God desires a passionate relationship with his people. We respond to that love through a lifestyle of worship. A lifestyle of worship is expressed in affection and gratitude to God, joyful obedience in our personal life and servant-hood to the world around us. As a worshipping community we gather to give voice to these shared worship expressions. As we gather we will strive to weave creative moments of deep engagement with God, drawing from contemporary expressions of faith and ancient Christian practices, current technology and basic simplicity, and any other creative resource that aids in our expression of worship together.

Biblical Exploration (We will build our lives on God's message)
We believe that God has spoken to us most clearly through the Bible. We also believe God speaks through the ongoing conversations of his followers, and through nature. We will diligently enter into this ongoing conversation between God and his people, with confidence that God's words bring life.

Redemptive Action (We will love our neighbors)
We believe that God is our redeemer. His desire is to bring healing into brokenness, hope into despair, and justice into oppression. We are both the objects and the agents of this redemption. As the objects of his redemption we accept his offer of salvation from the results of sin, made possible by Jesus Christ. As the agents of his redemption we serve as representatives of God to bring beauty, goodness and restoration to all areas of life. As a community of faith, we believe God can use us to bring redemption through the power of the Holy Spirit. As a community of hope, we have confidence that God will make all things new. As a community of love, we strive to be agents of redemption to all whom God brings our way.

Leadership Multiplication (We will invest in and release leaders)
We believe God has gifted every individual to love and serve. We will help each member of our community discover those gifts, providing training and encouragement to use those gifts as God's agents of redemption. We will also train and release leaders. We will help them establish new ministry efforts. By doing this we will carry out the ever expanding redemptive movement of Christ into surrounding communities and the world beyond.
